US Patriot Act - Customer Identification Requirements

In accordance with Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act, applicants for new accounts are requested to provide current picture identification that verifies identity including name, address and other identifying information. Also required by our institution is a copy of work identification and social security card. 

In some cases, identification will be requested for current account holders if original documentation was not obtained with the opening of the account. In all cases, protection of our customers’ identity and confidentiality is our pledge to you.

Hereafter, we will use the term "information" to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.
An affiliate is a company we own or control.
A nonaffiliated third pan>’ is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours. This is also known as nonaffiliated third party, or simply, an “other party.”
